Macktez uses a carefully chosen collection of software tools (referred to collectively as “Macktez Management”) to proactively administer and support our clients’ technology systems.

For many businesses, to purchase and manage all of the software needed to do this on their own would be prohibitively complex and expensive, but by bundling services and pooling the time to manage them across our clients, we are able to offer them at industry leading costs and on a flexible monthly term. This reasonable monthly subscription covers both our cost for the software and our time required to manage, maintain, and support these technologies, and allows client costs to predictably scale up and down according to current needs.

Management Essentials provides the fundamental services and key tools to streamline core IT management functions, including the required framework for securing user identities and workstations and tools for efficient remote support.

Backup Management

Backup Management protects your organization from high-impact file loss at Google, Microsoft, and Dropbox by delivering ongoing backups to a secure third party service with point-in-time recovery options.

Network Management

Network Management delivers rapid-response status reports on uptime and network performance, with alerts for service outages and hardware failures and additional tools for remote troubleshooting.

Domain Management

Domain Management enhances organizational security by managing domain and DNS settings to fortify email and web security, minimizing the risk of domain-based attacks, and verifying the authenticity of outbound messages.

Managed Support

Managed Support is for ongoing technical support for end-users. A monthly support budget based on utilization includes regular check-ins with your Technical Account Manager, a custom web portal to streamline the submission and tracking of support requests, and access to all levels of technical expertise at Macktez.

Managed On-site Support

For clients who wish to have dedicated hours allocated to in person on-site support at their office, Macktez offers Managed On-site Support, including regular check-ins with an assigned technical account manager, a custom web portal to streamline the submission and tracking of your support requests.
