Inside the Tame the Tech Beast launch party

On Thursday, April 16th, we gathered at Macktez HQ in New York’s East Village to celebrate the official launch of Tame the Tech Beast, the groundbreaking guide by Noah Landow and Michael Horst designed to reframe Information Technology from back-office burden into strategic front-office advantage. The evening was an electric mix of insight, art, and community.

The highlight of the night was a lively interview led by legendary founder, diversity advocate, and TED speaker Cindy Gallop. Cindy dove into the hard-won lessons behind the book with Noah and Michael. They talked about how IT is not merely a support function to be managed, but a transformative engine for growth.

An immersive experience

Our office was completely transformed by architect Rahul Ghera’s custom installation. Guests mingled around cages containing dramatic representations of the tech beast to be tamed.
