$100 converter that theoretically would allow you to connect an AppleTV to an older, non-HDMI, DVI, or Component-equipped TV. Unclear how it handles the 4:3 vs 16:9 issue (eg. A 4:3 DVI display just squishes the 16:9 image so it's skinny).

12 for $20.

Nice feature of Google Checkout I hadn't noticed before: The option to check a "Keep my email address confidential" box during the order to not give your email address to the vendor. I wonder if they just forward all mail from that vendor, or filter it.

(form Kottke) While NYC blamed for 1% of the nation's greenhouse gases, let's keep reading and note that this is "with 2.7 percent of the country's population. . . . The average New York City resident contributes less than a third of the emissions generated by a typical American." Misleading headline?

The Happy Global Corp. Kinda of genius, kind of insane. Latest idea? search Google and post snippets you find about someone else who shares your name. Not so many other "Noah Landows" out there and way too many "David Browns" but for all of you in the middle, an option.

Another sub-$50 perhaps backup application.
-
I might have looked at this before. Cross-platform, server-less, collab app.
-
An inexpensive alternate to the $450 Acrobat if all you need to do is combine/remove pages from PDFs made using the built-in OX functionaility.
