gotta remember this site about opensource content management systems (CMS). noticed it becuase dreamhost just added wordpress as a preinstalled option. back when MT chanegd their license i started looking at WP, but didn't make the move. maybe worth an exploration.

the other noah [ 12/08/2004 19:49]: Ha. I love that they are offering Wordpress as a option, just like how most ISPs offer Squirrelmail for webmail. Some people saw the bloggerati's preferences for MT being the thing that would keep Microsoft at bay, but clearly what's most important is building relationships with ISPs because users will use whatever's easiest to set up and ISPs will offer whatever's most cost-effective.
