this would have to be the most poignant reason to start a restaurant i've heard in a long time: "Today, we have lost our culture. We live in a new era of culinary insecurity. People lack the basic understanding of food. Cooking is no longer taught at home or in schools." honestly, those are some seriously true words. the name "FoodBall," however, i'm a little less sure about.
