this odd move seems curiously in character: it appears that the official little bush web site blocked for non-us web browsers. it could be a cost/bandwidth-saving measure. it could be just another fuck you to the international community. might be a accidental policy change (though that seems very unlikely). regardless, it is a most uncommon move.
