(from /.) this article (ad-viewing required for whole text, sorry) on salon entitled we don't support that is no surprise to us. it never ceases to amaze me how hard we have to work to get past tier 1 and tier 2 support to get to someone even remotely competent at many support lines. it's not at all infrequent that we just hang up when we get a tech who refuses to escalate and call back to get someone coorperative.
