will spam be criminalized? not quite there yets, but the house apparently passed some kind of antispam bill called "Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act' (CAN-SPAM)." h, acronyms. can't live with em, and can't, well, maybe. . .
