Our new application brought in a host of creative, odd, impossible, and illegal suggestions for what to include in our Halloween mailing. Through intense negotiations and alternative voting schemes our team has narrowed the list to seven finalists whose applications now go to our esteemed panelists for final review.

The recipient of this year's stipend will be announced on August 12.
